a lan server at my boarding school

hey guys,
i need some help with making a server for at my boarding school. But i don't know how to lower the spawn time and how to put xpsave on it :s
could someone of you help me?

and how can u do new maps on youre server and how do you activate the ref pass?

if u do new maps, u have to put the maps in the folder, and change ur mapcysle
and the ref pass, do /ref (pass)

You should go to www.etbunker.com and just make a new topic. Those guys know everything about servers etc.
