want we have more very very good players?

I have a question.
Should i make a bind with our ip and so on and search for very very good players?


Its only a idea so be friendly ^^

most time u get kicked or banned from server if u tell them the ip or want them recruit.
so: not good idea

+ if you get kicked for recruiting at other servers => bad advertising for TbG

If u want to bring better players to our server, "we" should first make the server more "friendly-like" for them and by that i mean that xp save should be cancelled, because things like adrenaline(especially that), 5lvl arty guys, 5lvl engies, 15000+ xp guys(can not die of one grenade even if they stand on it,...) are keeping those players away from this server. At least, panzer is disabled

But on the other hand, if "we" for instance cancel xp save, that would mean that all those "no colours" players wouldnt come here so often and that the server could become more empty imho...

It really comes down to decision if we want a fun server(like it is now) or for more advanced players...

How about xp-reset every month?

would be good but for this the server must be there
