i was a co-leader 3 years ago and it was fun :) but hard work on forum and always the fights in clan and the begging for higher admin lol :p

its cool somethimes because you get respect from youre members that you are online and keep the forum clean and if there is someone annoying and he's insulting the clan you can kick, mute him. but only for that reason or else there is adminabuse on the server and you get less people on it :p

You get scared people when your terrorising people

You need to show respect and patience even when they dont deserve it, to make them feel stupid.
Ofc in case of 10 or younger brats, they wont understand a thing and probably will shut up after the confusion.
If you put your self in theyr position, you can find the most humiliating and honorfull way to smack theyr pride.
